On many sites, outreach matters even more than height: with 21.15 m horizontal outreach, the ZA32J stands where the ground can bear its weight and works over canopies, trenches, green areas or extensions. The up-and-over height is up to 14.47 m.
The platform measures 2.44 × 0.91 m, carries 250 kg and rotates ±90°. The turntable rotates 360° continuously. This lets you position the platform precisely at the component without repositioning the machine.
Down to 5.5 m below ground level
A special feature of the ZA32J is its working range below the standing surface. The platform reaches down to 5.5 m below ground level, for example into excavations, on embankments, bridge abutments or quay walls. Work that would otherwise require scaffolding or a second machine can be done from above.
Rough-terrain capable and manoeuvrable
45 % gradeability and 0.42 m ground clearance bring the ZA32J into position even on unpaved site ground. Four-wheel steering (4WS) keeps the machine easy to manoeuvre: the turning radius is 2.09 m inside and 5.60 m outside, the tail swing only 0.19 m. Foam-filled tyres (445/50D710) rule out punctures, and the drive speed is up to 5.2 km/h.
The lift is powered by a Kubota diesel engine. The 150 l fuel tank is designed for long working days.

Safe operation
The lift is controlled with proportional joysticks. Standard equipment includes a load sensing system, tilt protection, automatic levelling with multi-pressure control, emergency lowering, emergency stop, crush protection, horn, all-motion alarm, self-closing entry gate, warning beacon, an on-board diagnostic system and an LED display. The machine is CE compliant. On request, Luibl provides operator familiarisation in line with applicable regulations; operation requires appropriate training.
