As soon as your job is finished, you can off-hire your rented machine directly online. After receiving your off-hire notice, Luibl Rental & Sales will send you a written off-hire confirmation – only then is the off-hire legally valid and the rental period ends on the agreed date.
How the off-hire works in 3 steps
- Fill in the form – enter the Luibl ID or machine number, the order and customer number and your contact details.
- Provide collection details – name the contact person, loading point, where the machine key is left and the date and time from which the machine is ready for collection.
- Send the request – after checking, you will promptly receive your written off-hire confirmation by e-mail.

Is the off-hire notice valid without an off-hire confirmation?
No. The rental period only ends when Luibl Rental & Sales sends the written off-hire confirmation - not when the form is submitted.

The off-hire notification is the message to the rental company that a hired machine is ready for collection and that the rental should end. It marks the start of the agreed off-hire period.
How soon will I receive the off-hire confirmation?
