Aerial work platforms for every type of ground

Scissor lifts are the standard solution for level surfaces in halls and on paved outdoor areas. Electric scissor lifts work indoors with no local emissions; diesel rough-terrain scissor lifts handle gradients of up to 45 % and reach working heights of up to 34 m with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg.

Telescopic and articulating boom lifts are the right choice when outreach over obstacles is required. With working heights of up to 58 m, they cover even the most demanding facade work, bridge inspections or hall installations.

Spider lifts are used on soft ground, gravel or gradients of more than 50 % - where machines on tyres reach their limits. Spider lifts are designed for rough terrain on sites without paved access. Mast lifts and truck-mounted platforms round off the range: compact vertical lifts for narrow aisles, warehouses and maintenance work.

Telehandlers: the all-rounder of site logistics

Luibl rents fixed and roto telehandlers from leading brands such as Manitou, Magni and Merlo.

• Fixed telehandlers lift material precisely to height and are the standard solution for site logistics.
• Roto telehandlers rotate the superstructure 360 degrees and reach lift heights of up to 39 m. With a basket attached they replace an aerial work platform; with a winch they work as a crane - one machine, three functions.
• Electric telehandlers are designed for emission-sensitive environments such as food production, the pharmaceutical industry or indoor areas.

Forklifts: electric, gas, diesel up to 33 tonnes

The forklift range extends from the electric counterbalance forklift for warehouses and gas forklifts for mixed operation to the heavy-duty forklift with 16 t to 33 t load capacity. Rough-terrain forklifts with oscillating axle and four-wheel drive are designed for unpaved ground and sites. For narrow aisles in logistics centres, high-lift stackers are available.

This is where Luibl stands apart from standard rental companies: the range includes machines that most competitors do not keep in their fleet.

Heavy-duty telehandlers up to 20,000 kg

The Manitou MHT 10200 lifts up to 20 tonnes - no other machine in this class combines this load capacity with the flexibility of a telehandler. Used in heavy assembly, wind turbines, steel construction and shipbuilding.

High-rack scissor lifts for logistics centres

For narrow aisles in high-bay warehouses, specialised models with 22 m, 28 m and 33 m working height are available. Their narrow design fits into aisles that are too tight for standard scissor lifts - decisive in intralogistics and racking installation.

Cranes and construction machinery

The portfolio includes mobile cranes and mini cranes for lifting work as well as heavy construction machinery such as the crawler excavator Doosan 30 tonnes for earthworks. Project planners who need lifting and earthmoving capacity in addition to machines for work at height get everything from a single source at Luibl.

Luibl operates its own low-loader fleet. This removes the dependence on external hauliers and ensures plannable delivery dates - even for bulky large machines. Delivery areas: the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czechia, Italy, Hungary and other European countries. On-site service: technicians can be deployed on site on request throughout the rental period. Downtime caused by operating errors or technical problems is thus kept to a minimum. Long-term rental: for projects lasting several months, long-term terms are available, including periodic inspection of work equipment under the Working Conditions Decree and annual maintenance. One point of contact looks after the entire equipment range - no parallel contracts with different rental companies. For other rental companies: Luibl also acts as a special equipment partner for rental companies that do not keep certain machine categories in their own fleet.

Every machine leaves the Luibl rental fleet serviced and inspected in accordance with the applicable regulations. On handover, the operator receives a briefing on the rented machine. Legal framework: In the Netherlands, the use of aerial work platforms and forklifts is covered by Dutch occupational health and safety legislation (Working Conditions Act and Working Conditions Decree); work equipment is governed by the Working Conditions Decree, Chapter 7 (work equipment), and work at height is likewise covered by the Working Conditions Decree. The employer ensures the required competence of the operator; for forklifts this means the demonstrable competence of the forklift operator (to be ensured by the employer).
