Dual capacity up to 360 kg

The ZA20J works with two load ranges. In the restricted working range it lifts up to 360 kg; in the full working range 250 kg are permitted. In practice, this means two technicians plus tools and material fit into one lift. The platform measures 2.44 × 0.91 m and rotates ±90°.

21.38 m working height and 12.30 m outreach

The platform rises to 19.38 m, which corresponds to a working height of 21.38 m. The 12.30 m horizontal outreach and the up-and-over height of 8.25 m allow work over canopies, extensions or parked vehicles. The turntable rotates 360° continuously and the jib is 1.53 m long. This lets you position the platform precisely at the component without repositioning the machine.

Rough-terrain capable and manoeuvrable

Oscillating axle, 45 % gradeability (24°) and 0.42 m ground clearance bring the ZA20J into position even on unpaved site ground. Foam-filled tyres (33×12/D610) rule out punctures, and the drive speed is up to 6.1 km/h. The machine stays easy to manoeuvre: 2.51 m inside turning radius, 5.47 m outside and only 0.40 m tail swing.

The lift is powered by a Weichai WP3.2 diesel engine; the fuel tank holds 150 l.

Safe operation

The lift is controlled with proportional joysticks. Standard equipment includes a load sensing system, tilt protection, automatic levelling with multi-pressure control, emergency lowering, emergency stop, crush protection, horn, all-motion alarm, self-closing entry gate, flashing beacon, an on-board diagnostic system and an LED display. The machine is CE compliant. On request, Luibl provides operator familiarisation in line with applicable regulations; operation requires appropriate training.
