Fleet expansion: 32m PB scissor lifts for Luibl
Bavarian deal: Passau and Oberbechingen. Several 32m PB high-rack aerial work platforms for Luibl.
The Bavarian specialist equipment rental company only recently purchased a large number of HAB high-rack scissor lifts from Kronau in Baden-Wuerttemberg. Now Luibl is following up directly with 32m high-rack aerial work platforms of the type PB S320-14ES from Oberbechingen/Bachhagel in Bavarian Swabia.
"The central lubrication and the recently revised PB digiConnect convinced Luibl," says PB area sales manager Kristijan Ivankovic proudly. And these are not the first PB platforms of this calibre for Luibl: back in 2021, Ivankovic and Luibl owner Karl Bauer agreed on several 32m high-rack platforms of the type PB S320-14ES 4x4. These were delivered from Q4 2021 to Q2 2022. The scissor lifts have already been used on high-rack projects in Austria and the Czech Republic and have successfully proven their class there.
The list of strong features of the 32m PB S320-14ES 4x4 machines is impressive:
- Four-wheel drive
- 750kg load capacity
- spacious platform of up to 8.40 m
Together with the PB design team, the required transport height was also reduced to below 3.20m.
Another decisive reason to choose PB again was the Europe-wide after-sales support in combination with the in-house telematics system PB digiConnect. It allows a large share of faults to be diagnosed remotely without difficulty. "So far we have received excellent after-sales support," says Karl Bauer, describing his experience after the first assignments.
Alongside the rental of classic aerial work platforms, forklifts and telehandlers, Luibl Rental & Sales has focused on the Europe-wide rental of special equipment. Well over 100 nearly new large and special machines are now available to rent. From the 39m Magni telehandler and the new 35m Manitou roto telehandler to 57m Big Booms from Genie, everything today's major projects need is ready. For large scissor lifts, customers can choose from top machines by PB, HAB, Holland Lift and Magni with 22m, 26m, 28m, 32m, 33m and 34 metres working height.
